As Executive Director Controlling at MHP Hotel AG, Andreas Skowronek supports the financial management of a portfolio of four- and five-star hotels across the DACH region. His responsibilities include financial planning, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, and monitoring and achieving corporate objectives. In addition, he leads the implementation, ongoing development, and governance of a company-wide Enterprise Performance Management system.

As part of MHP Hotel AG’s expansion, Andreas Skowronek also oversees ongoing construction projects from a controlling perspective.

Alongside his role at MHP Hotel AG, he serves as a volunteer examiner for the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and as Chief Financial Officer of the German Burnout and Depression Association.
