Gordon Dippert has been CFO and Managing Director of the Valeara Group since 2023. Valeara is a provider of psychiatric, neurological and psychotherapeutic care with total output of approximately €110 million and around 1,000 employees across Germany. Prior to that, he served as CFO of a paper and packaging manufacturer with total output of approximately €300 million, and previously spent around six years in management consulting, focusing on restructuring and transformation, corporate finance and M&A.
