Inanna Genthner combines her experience in auditing and leading finance organizations with a passion for optimizing processes and building future-ready organizations. Working with numerous companies and diverse process landscapes has sharpened her perspective on standardization, automation, and sustainable process improvement. 

As Thieme continues its transformation from a traditional publishing house into a digital healthcare media services provider, she actively drives the modernization of the finance function in her role as Director Finance & Accounting. Her goal is to automate routine activities wherever possible, creating capacity for partnering with business functions and actively contributing to the development of products and business processes. 

She is convinced that technological innovation and a people-centered approach are not mutually exclusive: the more processes are automated, the more important the role of people becomes in generating insights, making decisions, and driving change.
