Jara is CFO of Berger Group Holding GmbH, a family-owned mid-sized corporate group headquartered in Korntal-Münchingen near Stuttgart. The group operates in the field of storage, operational, and business equipment, bringing together both sales companies and in-house manufacturing entities under one roof. In her role, she is responsible not only for Finance but also for Controlling, Human Resources, ESG, Logistics, and Procurement. Her focus lies on the holistic transformation of the group—from optimizing individual processes to further developing organizational structures. With a clear emphasis on future readiness, she consistently drives change and actively shapes the group’s strategic direction. Before joining Berger Group, Jara spent seven years in management consulting, where she specialized in process optimization, risk management, post-merger integration, and M&A.
