Michał Kacperek holds law degrees from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, the University of Hamburg, and a Master of Law and Business from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. Before joining Comarch in 2020, he spent five years in a leading German law firm specializing in Corporate Housekeeping and M&A, and has since been consulting on international IT projects. He advises companies in the DACH and BeNeLux regions on digitalizing documents and processes, focusing on topics such as e-invoicing, accounts payable automation, enterprise content management, and related e-reporting requirements.
