Ole Hartmann is the founder and CEO of Perspicuum Solutions GmbH — and a numbers person by conviction.

After studying he worked as a change and transformation manager at Nokia in Germany, Hungary and Finland, and later at Capgemini Consulting across the DACH region. At Merkur Group, a system partner of Bertelsmann Arvato, he led the company's digital transformation while completing his MBA.

He then moved to Riedel Communications, a specialist in real-time communication solutions for international live events and motorsport, where he built the company's global controlling function and, in a dual role, headed worldwide IT for three years.

Today, with Perspicuum Solutions, he helps mid-sized and internationally operating companies steer their business through better data — especially in situations where fast decisions depend on a reliable data foundation. His guiding principle: those who see what is coming can act before it is too late.
