In this workshop, we demonstrate why a successful finance transformation extends far beyond the implementation of new systems. Together, we will define which decisions finance needs to better support in the future, which data, processes, and roles are required to achieve this, and how reporting turns into true corporate steering. The focus is on decision-relevant KPIs and the question of how companies can turn a transformation project into a sustainable operating model.
